DSW Services charges a flat fee per hydrant to operate and maintain this essential above ground asset. Once flushing is complete our company records the amount of water used and submits this figure to the Water Utility Company which in return charges DSW for the water that was used during the hydrant flush. This helps to increase sales and reduce Non Revenue Water increasing profits. This is a set contractor price that is determined before contracts are established.
